Some local residents think of Holland Village as a ”bohemian” enclave (spare us the blushes!) where ”trendy” people gather and outrages happen. Bohemian or straight-laced, should wacky people let it all hang out and flout decency laws? Not even the most liberal cities in Scandinavia would take kindly to wanton street exhibitionism.
